All bookings are subject to availability and acceptance by Trek on India.

A booking shall be considered confirmed only after the applicable booking/payment amount has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Trek on India through an authorized communication channel such as email, WhatsApp, SMS, booking confirmation, or other official communication.

The User is responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including:

• Full name
• Contact number
• Email address
• Identification details, where required
• Travel dates
• Number of travelers
• Other information required for the particular service

The User is responsible for checking the booking details and immediately notifying Trek on India of any errors or discrepancies.

Booking confirmations, itineraries, payment details, pickup information, travel instructions, and other service-related information may be communicated through email, WhatsApp, telephone, SMS, or other communication channels using the contact details provided by the User.

Trek on India shall not be responsible for any failure, delay, or inconvenience resulting from incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or inaccessible contact information provided by the User.

The User is responsible for remaining reachable through the contact details provided at the time of booking.

Participation in trekking, adventure activities, outdoor activities, road travel, high-altitude travel, pilgrimage tours, and other travel experiences involves inherent risks.

By booking or participating in any trip, trek, tour, or activity arranged by Trek on India, the User acknowledges and voluntarily assumes the risks associated with such participation, including risks arising from weather conditions, terrain, altitude, transportation, physical exertion, natural surroundings, wildlife, third-party services, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Trek on India.

The User agrees to follow all safety instructions, guidelines, rules, and directions provided by Trek on India, its representatives, guides, drivers, activity operators, hotels, or other Service Providers.

To the extent permitted under applicable law, Trek on India shall not be responsible for loss, injury, accident, delay, inconvenience, additional expenses, or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from the User's failure to follow applicable safety instructions.

The User agrees to act responsibly and shall be responsible for any loss or damage caused by their own intentional or negligent conduct.

For minors, the parent, guardian, or accompanying adult shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable requirements and accepting responsibility on behalf of the minor.

Trek on India shall not be responsible for the loss, theft, destruction, or damage of personal belongings, valuables, cash, electronic devices, luggage, vehicles, or other personal property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Users are advised to take reasonable precautions and maintain custody of their personal belongings throughout the journey.

If a participant voluntarily withdraws from a trip, trek, tour, or activity before its scheduled completion, any refund shall be subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policy communicated at the time of booking.

No refund shall be payable for unused portions of a trip where the applicable booking or cancellation policy provides otherwise.

Any assistance required for an early return, alternative transportation, accommodation, or other arrangements shall be subject to availability and may involve additional costs payable by the participant.

Trek on India shall not be liable for any failure, interruption, cancellation, delay, modification, or inability to provide services caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• Landslides
• Floods
• Earthquakes
• Extreme or adverse weather conditions
• Road closures
• Government restrictions or orders
• Strikes or civil disturbances
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Transportation disruptions
• Technical failures
• Acts of God
• War or similar circumstances
• Restrictions imposed by local authorities
• Safety-related decisions taken by competent authorities or Service Providers

In such circumstances, Trek on India may modify, postpone, reschedule, reroute, or cancel a trip or service where reasonably necessary for operational or safety reasons.

Any refund or compensation in such circumstances shall be subject to the applicable booking terms, cancellation policy, and the policies of relevant Service Providers.

All content available on the Website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, videos, designs, logos, trademarks, icons, layouts, documents, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Trek on India unless otherwise stated.

Such content is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, intellectual property, and other laws.

Users may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, commercially exploit, or otherwise use any Website content without prior written permission from Trek on India.

The Trek on India name, logo, branding, and related intellectual property may not be used without prior written authorization.

Subject to applicable law, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Trek on India shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Kotdwar, Uttarakhand, India.
