  • Note: Due to the hilly terrain, vehicle air conditioning may not operate on the route between Haridwar/Rishikesh and Sunrise Resort, Shivpuri, as well as during the return journey on mountain stretches, to ensure smooth vehicle performance and passenger safety. AC will function normally on all plain-road sections. Har Ki Pauri Ganga Aarti is not included during the Kanwar Yatra due to government restrictions, traffic diversions, and crowd management. The visit will resume once normal operations are restored.

A. The pickup point is Noida City Centre Metro Station (Logix Mall, Noida). Participants are requested to arrive at least 15–20 minutes before departure.

Q. What is the departure and return time?

A. Departure is at 10:30 PM from Noida City Centre Metro Station. The group is expected to return to Delhi by approximately 11:00 PM on the final day.(and Depends on Traffic)

Q. What type of accommodation is provided?

A. Accommodation is provided at Sunrise Resort, Shivpuri on a Triple/Quad Sharing Basis, subject to availability.

Q. Are meals included in the package?

A. Yes. The package includes 1 Breakfast, 1 Lunch, and 1 Dinner during the stay.

Q. Is Bungee Jumping included in the package?

A. Yes. Complimentary Bungee Jumping is included in the package, subject to weather conditions, operational status, medical fitness, safety guidelines, and government permissions.

Q. Can I get a refund if I decide not to do Bungee Jumping?

A. No. Once the participant has been picked up from the designated pickup point and the bungee booking has been processed, the bungee amount is strictly non-refundable if the participant voluntarily refuses to participate.

Q. Will Har Ki Pauri Ganga Aarti be included in every departure?

A. Har Ki Pauri Ganga Aarti is subject to government regulations. During the Kanwar Yatra, the visit may not be possible due to traffic diversions, security arrangements, and restricted access. No refund or compensation shall be applicable in such cases.

A. The itinerary is tentative and may be modified due to weather conditions, traffic, road closures, government regulations, operational requirements, or safety considerations.
