Trek Detail

A ridge is in which two sides of the mountain come together. Therefore, walking on an ridge is similar to the walk on a knife-edge in which there are only sides of the mountain that drop down each side. There are some ridge sections in a few Himalayan treks. But, having an entire day of trekking along a ridge is an experience that is unmatched. If you’ve completed a climb to the summit you’ll know that you’re at the highest place for around 20-30 minutes. From this point, you have a stunning view of the surrounding mountains. While on this trek you’re standing at a high altitude of 12,000 feet for the an entire day’s trek(4-5 hours! ).
The stunning 250-degree view of mountains that are covered in snow will be all the way! It gives you the impression that the mountains are traveling with you when you travel along the ridge that cuts in the landscape. In front of you, the ground is swept down the opposite side, one of them into a meadow, the other into the valley. This is the thing that is unique about Phulara Ridge a unique experience.
