Yatra Detail

Om Parvat, also known as Adi Kailash’s twin peak, is another sacred mountain situated in the Pithoragarh district of Uttarakhand. The distinctiveness of Om Parvat lies in the naturally occurring symbol of “Om” (ॐ) formed by snow deposits on its rocky face. This sacred syllable holds great significance in Hinduism, representing the essence of the ultimate reality. Pilgrims undertake treks to witness this divine symbol, and the surrounding Himalayan terrain adds to the spiritual and visual allure of the region.

Adi Kailash
Adi Kailash, steeped in mythological significance, stands as one among the revered ‘Panch Kailash’ peaks, encapsulating sacred spirituality in the heart of the Himalayas. Resembling the famed Mount Kailash, it holds deep religious significance, particularly among followers of Hinduism. Adi Kailash stands tall at an elevation of about 5,966 meters and is known for its challenging trekking trails. Pilgrims undertake a strenuous journey to circumambulate the peak, a ritual similar to the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. The surrounding landscape is adorned with lush greenery, alpine meadows, and panoramic views of the Himalayas, making Adi Kailash not only a sacred site but also a haven for nature enthusiasts
