Make your booking 15 days prior in advance. If you cancel the trek due to any reason, it is mandatory to notify us. Cancellation charges will only be effective from the date we get your request to cancel the trek.
If the trek gets cancelled from our side due to any reason (heavy snowfall, rainfall, natural disaster etc.) then the refund will not be initiated but we will arrange another trek.
Note :- If your trek starts once, and in between 2 or 4 days at the time of the trek, the weather gets bad or the trek route is closed for some reason due to which the trek cannot be done, then the company will not refund the any money to you.

For tourists, who want to come to Kheerganga from Delhi, firstly they need to reach Kasol then report to Bharsaini. There is no direct road or rail connectivity from Delhi to Kasol.
By road – From Delhi, you can take a bus from ISBT Kashmiri Gate, R K Ashram Metro Station and Majnu-Ka-Tila and arrive at Kullu or Manali. From there, you need to travel until Bhuntar. Again from Bhuntar, you can take a local bus and finally reach Kasol.
By rail – Pathankot and Joginder Nagar are the nearest railway stations to Kasol. You need to reach either Pathankot or Joginder Nagar by train from Delhi, and take local transport to reach Kasol.
By flight – Bhuntar Airport is the nearest airport to Kasol, located 31 km away. You can take a direct flight from Delhi to Kullu. From there, there is another flight to reach Bhuntar airport. Once you reach Kasol, there are trek operators arranging your transport from Kasol to Bharsaini.
