We start early morning around 5 a.m. from Guptkashi and head towards Gaurikund. Before we start we shall have our breakfast. In Gaurikund there are hot water springs. You can enjoy that for the time being. From Gaurikund our actual trek begins which is approximately 19 kms to Kedarnath temple. This is a steep trek. It’s a moderate level trek which requires good physical fitness. Before the trek begins the physical fitness of every visitor is checked there. People having respiratory issues and high blood pressure must avoid this trek. It’s a high altitude trek; hence. While trekking we can see snow clad mountains from a distance. Despite all the hardships, the beauty of this trek is astounding. This valley is surrounded by glaciers and waterfalls. The cool breeze and the scenic views are heavenly. You will forget all the worldly worries and your heart would be filled with sheer happiness. In 5-6 hours i.e. at around 3 p.m. we shall reach Kedarnath Valley. Now we shall have our lunch and rest. In the evening we can attend the evening “Aarti” or prayer at the temple. The evening aarti lasts for one hour. Let your soul get drenched in the sacred vibes of prayers and let your spirituality take you to a different world of faith and divinity. It gets quite cold here at night. This night at the valley is a special one as you can feel the sacredness inside and outside of you. Overnight stay just near to temple in Tents on sharing basis. Meals: – Dinner & Breakfast
Next morning at 5 a.m. the morning prayers begin. You can see the beautiful golden rays of the rising sun falling on the temple. We must stand in the queue for our turn to worship (for Darshan) and to offer the offering to lord Shiva. Once we are done with morning prayer at the temple, we shall head back to Guptkashi and come to Chopta. We shall reach by 07-09 pm if the group descends on time. We will stay in a very beautiful campsite in Chopta. Chopta is an unspoiled raw beautiful destination lying in the lap of the Uttarakhand Himalayas and stunning views of the imposing Himalayan range including Trishul, Nanda Devi and Chaukhamba. It is located at an elevation of 2,680 metres (8,790 ft) above sea level. Chopta village is surrounded by forests of pine, Deodar and rhododendron and is rich in flora and fauna including rare species of birds and musk deer. We will camp here for a night. We will stay at night in a camping tent while using a sleeping bag. sure it will be a new experience for those who have never slept in a sleeping bag. Meals: snacks, Dinner and early morning Tea, breakfast at Chopta.
We are going to wake up early in the morning and star trek out for so beautiful Tungnath. This is the world’s highest Shiva Temple. This is an easy 3.5 km trek. You will find clouds underneath you while you ascend to Temple. We will also plan for Chandshilla if the group is active and ready to trek more. There will be endless and unmatchable beauty of the great Himalayas range surrounding this place. Tungnath is one of the highest Shiva temples in the world and is the highest of the five Panch Kedar temples located in the mountain range of Tungnath. The Tungnath (literal meaning: Lord of the peaks) mountains form the Mandakini and Alaknanda river valleys. It is located at an altitude of 3,680 m (12,073 ft), and just below the peak of Chandrashila and is the third (Tritiya Kedar) in the pecking order of the Panch Kedars. It has a rich legend linked to the Pandavas, heroes of the Mahabharata. We shall return by 12pm with an easy trek. We drive 135 km and Reach Josimath by 9-11pm. Overnight stay in Joshimath at our campsite / Hotel.
We are going to wake up early in the morning and move toward from Joshimath to Badrinath darsan and Visit last village of India Mana vilage and return to Rishikesh. Stay at Rishikesh Hotel or cottage
Morning after breakfast drive to Haridwar & Droped, Har ki pauri. Or can Continue drive to Haridwar Railway Station.

If the trek gets cancelled from our side due to any reason (heavy snowfall, rainfall, natural disaster etc.) then the refund will not be initiated but we will arrange another trek.
Note :- If your trek starts once, and in between 2 or 4 days at the time of the trek, the weather gets bad or the trek route is closed for some reason due to which the trek cannot be done, then the company will not refund the any money to you.

Yes it is completely safe to visit Kedarnath. The road is well connected till Sonprayag and heli service is also available from Phata, Sonprayag, Gaurikund. But it is advised to avoid yatra in monsoon or on a rainy day.

Yes, currently there is only a single ATM of HDFC Bank in Kedarnath. But it is always advised to don’t rely on digital cash, cards or ATM when you are traveling to hilly areas. On hills, you can face network related issues which can affect your transaction, so to be on a safe side carry enough cash before departure. If you are out of money on the way to Kedarnath, then you can also withdraw cash from these ATMs which are in the town of Phata & Sonprayag.

Yes, registration is mandatory for every Char Dham and Hemkund Sahib Pilgrims. You can fill this registration form both online and offline (by visiting Chardham Biometric Centres in Uttarakhand). For offline biometric registration, you only need an Aadhaar Card.
