Day-wise Itinerary

Arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel. Spend the day relaxing or exploring the vibrant streets of Thamel. In the evening, attend a detailed trek briefing covering the itinerary, safety protocols, altitude awareness, and final expedition preparations before your overnight stay in Kathmandu.

Begin with an early morning drive to Ramechhap Airport, followed by an exciting mountain flight to Lukla. Start trekking through beautiful Sherpa villages, suspension bridges, and the Dudh Koshi River valley before reaching Phakding for an overnight stay.

Continue trekking through pine forests and cross the famous Hillary Suspension Bridge while gradually ascending towards Namche Bazaar, the gateway to the Everest region. If weather permits, enjoy your first glimpse of Mount Everest before settling into Namche for the night.

Spend the day acclimatizing with a short hike to Everest View Hotel. Enjoy spectacular views of Mount Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam, and Thamserku before returning to Namche Bazaar for an overnight stay.

Trek through beautiful rhododendron forests with panoramic mountain views before reaching Tengboche. Visit the famous Tengboche Monastery, one of the most important Buddhist monasteries in the Khumbu region, followed by an overnight stay.

Cross the Imja Khola River and continue your gradual ascent towards Dingboche while enjoying magnificent views of Ama Dablam and surrounding Himalayan peaks. Overnight stay in Dingboche.

  • Proper trekking shoes and required trekking gear are mandatory.
  • Participants leaving the trek midway will bear their own transportation expenses.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation made 60 Days or more before departure – 100% Refund.
  • Cancellation made between 45 to 59 Days before departure – 75% Refund.
  • Cancellation made between 30 to 44 Days before departure – 50% Refund.
  • No refund is applicable for cancellations made within 30 days of departure or for No Show cases.
  • A processing charge of ₹2,000 per person will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after cancellation approval.
