Day-wise Itinerary
Your Pangarchulla Trek begins with pickup from Haridwar Railway Station at approximately 6:00 AM.
Begin the scenic road journey towards Joshimath, covering approximately 260 KM in around 8–9 hours. The route passes through beautiful Himalayan destinations including Rishikesh, Devprayag and Rudraprayag.
Breakfast and lunch during the journey are available at roadside eateries and are payable individually.
On reaching Joshimath, check into your guest house or hotel. Enjoy dinner followed by a short introduction and trek briefing with your trek leader and fellow trekkers.
Overnight stay in Joshimath.
After breakfast, drive approximately 12 KM from Joshimath to Dhak Village, where the trekking section begins.
The trail from Dhak consists of gradual ascents with dusty and rocky sections. As you progress towards Guling Campsite, enjoy the changing Himalayan landscape and surrounding mountain views.
Lunch and refreshments will be served midway between Tugasi Village and Guling Campsite.
Reach the campsite and relax after the day's trek. Enjoy evening refreshments followed by dinner and an overnight stay in tents.
Begin your trek early in the morning after breakfast and cover approximately 6 KM towards Khullara Campsite.
Khullara is a beautiful campsite surrounded by coniferous forests of Oak, Pine and Rhododendron, with mountain streams flowing around the campsite.
The trail from Guling to Khullara involves a moderate ascent. Reach the campsite around lunchtime and relax after the trek.
In the evening, participate in an acclimatization walk to prepare yourself for the challenging summit days ahead. Enjoy evening refreshments followed by dinner and overnight stay at the campsite.
Today involves an early morning ascent towards the high-altitude Himalayan terrain.
After breakfast, begin the challenging climb. The route includes steep sections and rocky terrain, requiring good physical endurance.
Carry sufficient water, energy bars and dry fruits during the trek. A packed lunch will be provided along the trail.
After reaching the high point, take some time to enjoy the spectacular Himalayan surroundings before beginning your descent towards Khullara Campsite.
Return to the campsite, enjoy evening refreshments and have dinner before an overnight stay in the tents.
Today is the most challenging and rewarding day of the Pangarchulla Trek.
The summit day involves approximately 12–14 KM of round-trip trekking and can take around 10–12 hours. The climb reaches the impressive altitude of approximately 15,069 feet.
Start early in the morning to reach the summit around sunrise. The route is steep and rocky and tests both physical strength and mental endurance.
As you climb higher, the rising sun illuminates the snow-covered Himalayan peaks, creating spectacular views.
Once you reach Pangarchulla Peak, enjoy breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of the Himalayas, including Chaukhamba, Hathi Parvat and Nanda Devi.
Spend some time at the summit capturing photographs and enjoying the incredible surroundings before beginning the descent back to Khullara Camp.
After completing the descent, relax at the campsite and enjoy a well-earned rest
Begin your descent from the trekking area towards Dhak / Karchi Village.
The trail passes through green forests, small Himalayan villages and open meadows while offering beautiful views of the surrounding mountain peaks.
The route is comparatively gradual and allows you to enjoy the fresh mountain air and peaceful surroundings after the demanding summit day.
After completing the trek, take a short drive back towards Joshimath, passing scenic valleys and rivers.
Reach Joshimath, check into your accommodation, enjoy a warm meal and relax for the night.
After breakfast, begin your return journey from Joshimath to Rishikesh.
The approximately 247 KM scenic road journey takes around 7–8 hours. As you descend from the higher Himalayas, the landscape gradually changes from snow-covered mountain scenery to lush valleys and winding river roads.
Follow the beautiful routes alongside the Alaknanda and Ganga Rivers while reflecting on the memories of your trek.
Reach Rishikesh by evening, marking the completion of your Pangarchulla adventure.

- Cancellation made 60 Days or more before departure – 100% Refund.
- Cancellation made between 45 to 59 Days before departure – 75% Refund.
- Cancellation made between 30 to 44 Days before departure – 50% Refund.
- No refund is applicable for cancellations made within 30 days of departure or for No Show cases.
- A processing charge of ₹2,000 per person will be deducted from all eligible refunds.
