- NIGHT STAY AT DELHI
STAY AT DELHI HOTEL –00 NIGHT - ORIENTATION DAY –Day one is a very important days as the group gets the briefing on the entire tour. The riders are introduced with each other and are open to ask any of the queries to the tour leader. Do’s and Don’ts are also not to missed. If, clients wish we can book room for them for DAY 00.
- NEW DELHI TO MANDAWA (250 KM. – 5 HRS.)
STAY AT MANDAWA – 1ST Night - The ride will start early morning to avoid the Delhi traffic. Mandawa is a small town at the beginning of the Thar Desert. Relaxing walk in the town and visiting few ‘Havilies’ will be a pleasure. It’s having an old temple of Lord Shiva. You can visit it along the havelis.
- MANDAWA TO BIKANER (160 KM. – 3 HRS.)
STAY AT BIKANER – 2ND Night - After breakfast ride begins towards Bikaner. This is one of the best road of the entire tour and the riders love it. In the afternoon one can the visit the Junagarh Fort which will be a historic experience. If, time is there then can also visit the famous Karni Mata temple. This temple is famously known as the ‘ Rat Temple.’ Evenings are free to visit the colorful local market of Bikaner
- BIKANER TO JAISALMER (320 KM. – 7 HRS.)
STAY AT JAISALMER – 3rd Night - The tour starts very early in the morning. We will be crossing small villages and the towns on the way to Jaisalmer. Evening we will walk around the colorful market. Overnight at the hotel.
- JAISALMER – FREE DAY
STAY AT JAISALMER – 4TH Night - Night stay in desert camps
After breakfast you can visit Jaisalmer Fort, which was built in 1156. It is one of the main attractions of this desert city. It’s a living fort with people living in it.
One has to be back at the hotel maximum by 14:00 hrs. as the group will then proceed on the bikes/SUV’S/Tempo travelers to the sand dunes.
On reaching the dunes the desert camel safari, will be arranged on camels or on camel carts, as per the requirement and the group will go to the sand dunes. After seeing the magical sunset at the dunes we will return to our camps to enjoy and participate the bon fire with cultural folk dances and music of Rajasthan. It will be a real treat to be a part of it.
- JAISALMER TO JODHPUR ( 260 KM.- 6HRS.)
JODHPUR – 5TH Night - Jodhpur is a business center nowadays but it has the magnificent Mehrangarh fort surrounded with massive protective walls. One can visit the fort and then go for a relaxing a walk to the back street which will lead to the clock tower bazaar/market.
- JODHPUR TO UDAIPUR ( 300 KM. – 6 HRS. – ALTITUDE.)
STAY AT UDAIPUR – 6TH Night - Udaipur is an Oasis in this desert state. It’s a city of lakes and palaces.
It also has the jungle area which was once the hunting grounds for the members of the Royal families. The visit to the famous city palace can be done in the afternoon. In one part of the city palace still the Royal Family lives.
- UDAIPUR TO PUSHKAR ( 290 KM.-7 HRS.)
STAY AT PUSHKAR – 7TH Night - Suddenly you will be riding in hills. Pushkar is situated among the hills. It is one of the holiest cities of Hindus. It has a holy lake with a temple of Lord Brahma. It is surrounded by many temples and ghats where many sadhus stay.
We will visit the Brahma temple.
- PUSHKAR TO JAIPUR ( 160 KM. – 3HRS. )
STAY AT JAIPUR – 8TH Night - Jaipur is the capital city of Rajasthan. It’s also known as Pinky City. It’s a very busy city and has lot of traffic. The markets of Jaipur is best place to shop all Rajasthani handicrafts. One can visit and ride to the famous Amber Fort. It’s on outskirts of Jaipur and is built on a high hill top. It is an architectural marvel. On the way to fort can see the Hawa Mahal, which is on the road to Amber Fort.
- JAIPUR TO AGRA – 238 KM. – 4 HRS.
STAY IN AGRA – 09TH Night - Agra, is world famous for Taj. Taj is one of the 7 wonders of the world.
We will visit the famous Taj and then the Red Fort
- AGRA TO DELHI – 205 KM. – 5 HRS.

- If any invoice amount is above 2 lacs and mode of payment full or partial is in cash (cash paid at counter or deposited in bank) 1% TCS will be applicable and to be deposited extra on total amount and PAN card copy has to be shared.
- Full payment is required as per applicable airfare in case of flight booking
- In the event of cancellation of any trip/adventure activity services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be notified the same via mail at info@trekonindia.com
- Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice on mail and cancellation charges would be as follows
-Before 30 days: 90% of the total Land Package Cost is refundable
-Between 21−30 days: 75% of total Land Package Cost is refundable
-Between 11−20 days: 50% of total Land Package Cost is refundable
-Less than 10 days: No refund - Refund will be processed within 10 working days after the cancellation date.
- Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
- No Refund will be payable:
-For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason
-If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled or not utilized.
-If any client decides and/or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in Itinerary or trip
-If the client is not satisfied with any service of the operator
- Trekonindia can change the Sequence of the day-wise tour program/Itinerary without any prior notice. It may Change depending upon traffic schedules/restrictions, landslides, flight amendments, weather conditions or any other travel related unforeseen circumstances.
- In case of cancellation of the group from our end due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will either transfer the booking in our other fixed departure trips or refund the complete amount except flight charges if any.
- Trekonindia takes utmost care to ensure the safety of its members during any of the adventure programs. However, in the case of any unforeseen mishaps, Trekonindia will not be liable for any injuries caused or for loss of life. All disputes arising due to the above will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi only. All participants would be required to sign an Indemnity Form before the start of the program, without which traveller would not be allowed to participate in any of the adventure programs.
- The package price does not include – Expenses of personal nature, such as laundry, telephone calls, room service, alcoholic beverages, mini bar charges, tips, portage/ offloading charges during any trip, monument fees, camera fees etc.
- Package rates are subject to change without prior notice, Force Majeure events, strikes, fairs, festivals, weather conditions, traffic problems, overbooking of hotels/flights, cancellation/re-routing of flights, closure of / entry restrictions at a place of a visit, etc. We would not be held liable for any refunds/compensation claims arising out of this.
- It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
- Trekonindia reserves right to dismiss any client from the tour due to any form of misbehaviour, unreasonable quarrel or physical/verbal assault affecting a client or any of the Ground Field Staff.
